The National Seminar on Pancasila Literacy and the Revival of the Republic was held solemnly.

On Thursday (10/23), a national seminar entitled “Pancasila Literacy and the Revival of the Republic” was held solemnly and enthusiastically. This event featured various important figures who provided in-depth insights into the urgency of strengthening Pancasila literacy in the context of nationality and statehood in the contemporary era.

The event opened with a warm welcome by Willy Aditya, Chair of Commission XIII of the Indonesian House of Representatives, who emphasized the importance of revitalizing the meaning of the Republic amid the challenges of globalization and rapid social change. In his speech, he invited all participants, especially academics and students, to make Pancasila a guideline for thinking and acting in every aspect of national and state life.

The seminar was moderated by Erlangga Hikmah Budhiyatma, Lecturer in Political Science at Yogyakarta State University (UNY), who guided the discussion carefully and dynamically. The main presentations were delivered by Prof. Dr. Suyato, M.Pd., Professor and Lecturer in Civic Education, who highlighted the importance of Pancasila literacy as the foundation of national character and an instrument for the revival of the republic in facing the ideological and moral challenges of the younger generation, and Dr. Irene Camelyn Sinaga, AP., M.Pd. as Director of Implementation Assessment at BPIP.

The event, attended by lecturers, students, and education enthusiasts, unfolded with intellectual enthusiasm and a nationalistic atmosphere. Through this seminar, it is hoped that the spirit of Pancasila literacy will continue to grow, become the basis for critical thinking, and strengthen the identity of the Indonesian people in maintaining the integrity and dignity of the Republic.
