Gagas Media Educates Disaster Mitigation Based on Local Wisdom, UNY Civic Education Students Won PKM 2025 Funding

Careva Jhilly Kahanaya S, a student in the S-1 Program in Pancasila and Citizenship Education at UNY, has achieved a notable accomplishment by securing funding for the 2025 Student Creativity Program (PKM). Along with Rahmat Joan Pratama, Bagus Hermawan (Indonesian Literature), Resti Aryani Widyaningsih (Psychology), and Isnaini Putri Ayu Sulistiyowati (Educational Technology), she is one of 22 teams from UNY to secure funding.

FISHIPOL UNY's S1 Civics Civics lecturer has again produced a work entitled Place-Based Civics Learning. The book initiated by Prof. Dr. Suyato, M.Pd. (Professor of PPKn FISHIPOL UNY), Dr. Budi Mulyono, M.Pd, and Dr. Yayuk Hidayah, M.Pd. carries the theme of Civics learning based on contextuality. Thursday (24/04) was the opening day for the Training of Trainers (ToT) Program for Strengthening National Values (PPNK) for Teachers, Lecturers and Widyaiswara in D.I. Province. Yogyakarta T.A. 2025 Lemhannas RI which was attended by PPKn UNY FISHIPOL lecturers (Dr. Yayuk Hidayah, M.Pd., M.H.) and (Muhammad Fikri Alvinca, S.Pd., M.Pd.). The activity, which will be held for 11 days, was opened by singing Indonesia Raya and the Archipelago Insight Hymn. The event then continued with the presentation of material regarding geopolitics delivered by the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB.
